I find the staff friendlier than most, they don’t begrudge when I say ‘double veggies’, they have most food items always ready (can be hit or miss in other spots), fairly clean, bit of limitation on parking.

- ICIndy CleroOct 4, 20251.0From the moment I walked in there was a pretty big line and the girl preparing the food I could tell by her face that she was not in the best of moods. When I was up to order I accidentally said brown beans instead of black, I corrected myself and apologized(she had already put the brown beans on the plate and just tossed the black ones on top) also rolling her eyes, I then told her that my daughter wouldn’t eat the brown beans if she can make it again. When I told her this she made a noise with her mouth and tossed the plate in the garbage and rolled her eyes . I then asked her what her attitude was? And why she was being so rude to customers that it was an honest mistake. She then was like “I now have to do it again” mind you all that was on the plate was rice and beans. I told her she had a nasty attitude and she responds “I’m tired” I asked to speak to her manager and she told me that no manager was on shift. I asked her name she said Ana. Then I went to another employee and asked if there was a manager and they told me yes and the manager came to speak to me. I expressed to the manager all of this because when you work with customers you can’t have such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work just go home. I’m not sure why she lied about there being a manager on the shift. Never coming back here again.
