  Unprofessional experience at the Weston, FL location. While ordering, a staff member by the name of Lorenzo loudly yelled across the kitchen in front of other customers that a specific item hadn't been sold in six years. If an item is no longer available, it should be removed from the system or menu boards, not used as a reason to embarrass a customer publicly. This was poor customer service and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere during a busy time. I am a regular customer, and I attempted to order salmon cream cheese, only to be publicly called out by Lorenzo who yelled, 'We haven't sold that in six years' in front of the entire store. As a customer, I have no way of knowing internal menu changes if the item is still listed or if the staff doesn't handle the correction professionally. Yelling at customers during a rush is unacceptable. I hope you can address this with Lorenzo to ensure a more respectful environment and ensure your ordering systems are up to date.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Today, I went in to buy a bagel and coffee and stood by the counter for a while without anyone acknowledging me or taking my order. Eventually, a tall dark skin employee called me over, but his attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, he just stood there and shook his head for me to speak instead of politely asking for my order. I found that very disrespectful. Unfortunately, this was not the first bad experience I’ve had here. On a previous visit, I bought a bagel that was burned. When I returned the next day to let them know, no one apologized or tried to make it right. They simply looked at me like I was crazy and did nothing to fix the situation. My husband also had a bad experience when his sandwich order was made incorrectly. Instead of trying to understand the problem and correct it, the two younger employees at the front confronted him and then said they were going to charge extra. That is not how customers should be treated. When I said that their customer service was poor, the tall dark-skinned employee laughed as if the situation was funny. Overall, the service here has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The staff seem unwilling to listen, accommodate customers, or correct mistakes. I tried to get the names of the employees but their name tag is nor visible. This has been a really bad experience, and I hope management takes customer service more seriously.
