  Ordered on uber and received this big chunk of avocado that still had pit residue and was rock solid. I couldn't cut it with a knife or smash with a fork. It was unbelievably hard.

  Stopped by the Chipotle in Westlake and had a great experience all around. The restaurant was clean, bright, and well-run, and the staff moved the line efficiently without rushing anyone. My bowl was fresh, generously portioned, and exactly how I ordered it — you can tell the ingredients were just prepped. Plenty of seating inside and outside, which is a big plus, and the whole place had a relaxed, organized vibe. Consistent quality, friendly service, and a solid spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a bit. This location is doing it right.

  Every time I order from here they rip me off by putting 2 pounds of rice and a few pieces of meat. I won't order from here anymore. They have jacked up their prices so much and shrinkflation of their food is just a rip off now.

  The staff here it’s the worst I have seen. The lady who takes the orders; very unprofessional and taking aloud with some clients. The place almost empty and they don’t do anything to make it look good. I think this is our last time in this place until new management takes over it. First time our food was burnt, second time they put spicy stuff on my daughters food and now we have to deal with unprofessional staff.

  I hate to criticize another fast food place in the area, but it's almost impossible to order from here. It seems that they run out of tea, they don't make any more for the day, which makes it awkward when you've already paid for it on the app. Tea cost like 30 cents a gallon to make and the drink is $3 so they should be able to work something out. They seem to run out of things often. But now I don't think I'll be able to order at all, because the app says that my order is in process, but neither the restaurant nor the online help can find my order, so it's just stuck on my phone and keeps me from placing another order.
