I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes before someone decided to come to the window. The staff is also incredibly rude often only saying one word at a time and no thank you for your patience or sorry for the wait.

Five people will be working in the kitchen and not one of them will greet or smile at you when you walk in. I’ve consistently stood at the front for 5 minutes or more with no one acknowledging my presence. Currently standing in a 15 person line with only one person making the food at the front line AND ALSO cashing people out at the same time. The only reason they are busy is because there are not many options for food in Westlake.
