The value is just poor, I cant justify going here paying $50 for two burgers two drinks and fries. I understand food costs have gone up but Five Guys really needs to rethink things.

Ordered a medium fries because I knew they gave you a lot. I got all the way home and they were in a tiny paper bag and my two daughters barely had it in. French fries definitely wasn’t a medium had to be a small. $21.86 for a small fry and one hamburger. My daughters love the french fries they were really expecting fries, but surprise no fries hardly i’m done eating there. I won’t be back.

This is the second time and definitely our last. When you drop 50. At q fast food joint everything she be on point and it was far from that. After waiting forever they gave me the wrong food and I'm talking 20 min wait! Gor milkshakes before food and by the time food came out kids weren't even hungry when we got home which was w good thing since the order was incorrect anyways even though the right ticket was on the bag! This is now the 2nd time in a row we have had a bad experience and I won't be back for a 3rd! So much potential but still short

Ordered at 2:30, order up at 2:40, picked up at 2:43 per receipt / order slip. Two cheeseburgers one small fries - $32.00. Fries so mushy and soggy they’re effectively merging to become potatoes again. They also seemed super salty, but that’s a footnote at this point. Bun so mushy and soggy that the bottom literally fell apart as I handled it for the first time. Even the top somehow. Lettuce, you guessed it, mushy, soggy to the point of wet, (and WELL past fresh). Just gross honestly. You couldn’t pay me to eat that meal. Let alone at the price it cost. The mustard seemed fine, so there’s that. And sadly patties seemed like they would/could have been decent. But we’ll never know. I took two bites out of a feeling of obligation, and whatever quality there might be to the meat, was wildly overshadowed by literally every other element of this order. I just couldn’t do it. $32 directly into the trash. Everybody was polite. The place was clean. It was slow so there was plenty of seating. All of that was fine. The food was just really REALLY bad - for any price point.

$33 for burger ,fries, and soda for 1 person. Beware the extra charges for extra bacon or cheese. Many people have seen on tv or online videos where you can ask for all the extra bacon and cheese you want and there is no extra charges. This is NO LONGER TRUE. If you ask Google or Bing if it cost any more to get extra bacon or cheese at five guys it will still say no but this is NOT true at least for this location. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and extra cheese, a large fries, and a soda.... The total after tax was over $33 . Even with the extra stuff this burger was no bigger than a burger from outback or applebees. And the cost is 3x what applebees charges for the burger ,fries, & drink combo and more than twice as much as the outback 3 course deal where you get wonderful bread, a big salad , an enormous blossom burger with bloomin onions on it , fries or other sides , and a nice slice of cheesecake for dessert. So you could go to a nice sit down restaurant and get more and better food for less $ or sit at a crummy table and get ripped off and leave with no leftovers at 5 guys. Your choice but to me it's obvious I won't do this again.
