It is a fine location nothing outstanding or too exciting. I am a sucker for a deluxe cheese burger and a frosty. They were as expected.

I actually can’t believe Wendy’s lets this location keep operating, genuinely the least hygienic restaurant ive ever been to, no wonder this location was an absolute ghost town. Also the ice cream machine was broken.

I went to Wendy’s excited to try the “new” Frosty Cookie Dough… and honestly, it was embarrassing. The cookies were basically nonexistent — if there was any cookie dough in there, it must’ve gone missing. The syrup too? Nowhere to be found. It’s like they added it with a dropper.
And the worst part isn’t even the product it’s the attitude. You ask, “Is this the new Frosty?” and they say yes without hesitation, like you can’t clearly see what you’re being handed. It just looks like a sad, plain Frosty.
If this is what they’re promoting, they really shouldn’t. Because there’s nothing “cookie dough” about it… and nothing “new” either. Total disappointment.

Very disappointed with this experience. The atmosphere was poor and uninviting, and the service was the worst part, inattentive and lacking professionalism.
Overall, not a place I would recommend.

Pulled up to the Wendy’s and it’s extremely dark. I did happen to notice one car there. I looked up on Google for the hours and it says 6:30am so i proceeded to the drive thru. I say there for a couple minutes and thought well maybe there not open. No one greeted me or anything. They did have the breakfast menu up. So I’ll pull up to the window and again sees the hours as 6:30 am. I took a whole one minute video showing that I was there and no one was inside at all that was visible. I call the store and a lady picks up and states that they are open. I said ma’am I was just there two minutes ago in the drive thru. She stated that she was the only one at the store and was nine the freezer and I told her okay but I was just there and no one greeted me. She then said it’s only two of them there and that the other girls headset isn’t working , I said ma’am you just said you were the only one there and she literally hangs up the phone on me. I call back and ask for a managers information and she proceeds to take an order while I’m on the phone, I let her know that I would love to speak to a manager. She doesn’t tell me to hold on or anything , I let her know that I didn’t want to argue with her and then she hangs up again. Lord what a Friday. What happened to genuine customer service , this Wendy’s literally just doesn’t care and you tell from the person that picked up the phone. No one should be treated that way!! Good morning I guess
