  i went through the drive through and forgot to add a drink so i asked at the window if i could add it before i payed and the server told me "no it's too busy" too busy to take 5 seconds on pouring a drink in a cup and putting a lid on it? i feel like it's disrespectful to deny a paying customer probably the easiest service you offer. this wendy's location always gives me issues regardless of this. they are always understaffed, take forever to make your food and are disrespectful and rush you over the drive through speaker. someone needs to get a new team for this location because it's ridiculous.

  Manager was very nasty and rude, wouldn’t even let me finish my order without cutting me off, he then gave me fries that were clearly sitting for who knows how long, and I asked him could he give me new ones, which he rolled his eyes at, then comes back 15 seconds later with fries he clearly just threw back in the oil. He should not be anywhere near anyone’s drive thru window if that’s how he treats paying customers… Wonder if he’d have done the same if I was a white male/woman … Probably not. If you see you a light skin guy with an attitude, don’t even waste your money.

  Went through drive through , they had me waiting forever for a three piece tender meal , which they charged me twelve bucks and were supposedly going to make fresh. Waited so long that I had to get out the car and ask some more when they told me that yes , they were coming up now. I finally got the meal and it was the saddest coldest skimpiest , chicken tenders i've ever seen and felt I wasted my time and got robbed. First and last time that I ever come to this wendy's.
