  Some of the worst service I've ever seen from this location. I placed a mobile order, waited in the drive-through, with only one car ahead of me, for 10 minutes before I got to the speaker. Then I waited an additional five minutes before they came to the speaker, only to say, "Hold on please." When they came back I said I had a mobile order and to pull up to the second window. After which they gave me my drinks and then asked me to pull to the side. I then waited another 10 minutes before walking inside to see where my food was. I then waited inside another 15 minutes before I had all three of my small meals. Staff was not friendly and just talking amongst themselves in Creole. I will drive out of my way next time to go to another location.

  World I come to this Wendy’s on my break for the new chicken tenders, and every time they charge me more then what is advertised , to the point the manager sees it’s me and gives me a dollar , so watch out 👀

  The most whack of all the fast food places on 45th street. Borderline unacceptably slow and just incompetent when it comes to getting orders right. Food tastes like it was cooked on an unclean grill. 2 years of going here and it’s been the same since.

  To be completely honest. I come here almost daily for lunch and the staff are rude look at you in the most disrespectful, disgusting manner. They did not know I was on the phone with my spouse a creole speaker and he was so upset on hearing what they were saying about me. I walked in and a woman in a red shirt looked at me turned her back filled a cup of lemonade and went to the window didn’t greet nor acknowledge me just saw me standing there for a good four minutes. Another woman with a red shirt came straight to the front saw I was awaiting to be assisted and looked at me and walked away started speaking and my spouse said still they haven’t said a word to you but steady speaking ill about you. Saying “I’ll make her wait watch” he then said get off the phone and record them because this is ridiculous. I said no I’ll wait mind you I’m waiting for over 10 minutes on my 30 minute break. Finally a young man came up and took my order he seem new and had questions and went to get the second red shirt lady who came up and did not acknowledge me. She yelled at this young man as if him not knowing and needing assistance was a problem. As much as I go here on break I’m always highly disappointed with the treatment and service. I highly don’t not recommend this Wendy’s I mean I get we are on 45th but that shouldn’t be a reason for these actions to be happening! I have seen multiple ratings and no change at all.
