  I love visiting all the Tropical Smoothie's in the mornings. It's like stopping by my own kitchen. The staff always make me feel at home;-)

  This place is not healthy at all, there was an incredible amount of sugar in my smoothie which was already made of fruit and really doesn't even need added sugar. The staff was not very pleasant either. Highly recommend not going here.

  Horrible, Horrible service. Literally took an hour for two items and chips. Don't eat here, they dont deserve your money. The employees are also extremely disrespectful and unresponsive when you try to ask for your food. Edit: The manager did end up refunding the order

  Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order and when I arrived there was no one at the counter, despite several employees standing around. I mentioned I was waiting for an order and stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone told me it had been sitting on the pickup shelf the entire time. It was the only order on the screen. No one apologized or took any responsibility—instead it felt like they blamed me for not knowing where it was. As a first-time customer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, this was extremely disappointing and unfortunately not an experience that makes me want to return.

  I cannot believe the Customer service from KENZIE at this store! I called because I could NOT order online, it said "error validating basket" OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I tried 3 different computers I had 3 different people try, I tried DoorDash, NOTHING worked. I called the store and "Kenzie" said "We cant take orders over the phone" I told her my situation then she told me to hold on. When she came back she said "Try again, we can't take orders over the phone" I became frustrated and I said "How can you help me I want tropical smoothie today I want to order" and she told me to hold on then HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I was placing a large group order for my Accounting Office. Apparently Tropical Smoothie on Lake Worth doesn't want to accommodate customers spending lots of money at their store. I am appaled!! Kenzie should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!
