  Management needs to step up; they had three people working on a busy day. The lobby machine had no ice, and the soda was flat. I had to ask the girl on the make line to please get me a drink from the back machine. I don't blame the employees; they were doing what they could to fulfill customers' needs. Even the manager was working, but they were understaffed, and corporate and the district manager should step up and do something before this location goes down because of customer complaints.

  We don't come here often, but when we do, it's always so fresh and good. The staff is really friendly and asks if you like the food. I always get the Mexican pizza (I'm soooo happy they brought it back) and the Doritos locos taco supreme. The pink passion fruit refresca freeze is really tasty and has light chunks of fruit in it. Mmmmmm! AND it's always very clean in here. One of the girls tells you to have a taco-mazing day! Love it! We always leave happy and satisfied. It's one of the best Tacobells out there. 🥰

  Manager yelled at a door dasher that was a few minutes early and refused to allow her to use the bathroom. The manager demanded the door Dasher accept the order and take it with her into the bathroom before she would allow the Dasher to use the restroom. Manager was hostile, rude, and unprofessional. Its it's not okay to tell people when they're allowed to use the bathroom.

  Milka was an absolute delight. She was quick with everything and super sweet and funny and made my drive through experience more enjoyable and easy. This location is my favorite in palm beach by far and Milka definitely helped contribute to that.
