I recently dined at Restoration Hardware with a large party of about 12 people on a Sunday evening, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
After placing our orders, two meals came out cooked incorrectly. While the restaurant did replace them, the corrected dishes didn’t arrive until the rest of our party had already finished eating. At that point, we asked for the meals to be packaged to go.
It then took approximately 40 more minutes for the food to be brought out again. When we finally got home and opened the meals, they were completely undercooked and inedible.
To make matters worse, our total bill was around $1,400. Since that evening, I’ve called multiple times and left messages with management, but no one has followed up or made any effort to resolve the situation. It has now been two weeks with no response.
This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially given the cost and reputation of the establishment. Very disappointing experience—I will not be returning
Went to lunch today at Restoration Hardware — Palm Beach and left completely disappointed. Seating is awkward (either baking in the sun or stuck in impossibly low chairs). My friend’s Caesar looked nice but was tiny with a minuscule piece of chicken. I ordered the Maine lobster roll hoping for something fresh — instead it arrived on a huge grilled hot‑dog style roll with only a small amount of lobster sitting on top, the inside full of mayo, and the whole thing clobbered with Old Bay. At $36 it felt like a total ripoff. The manager said he’d speak to the chef and offered a cookie as compensation — insulting; a classy restaurant would’ve taken the item off the check. Add $12 to park and it’s not worth it. Should have gone to La Goulue. Won’t be returning. Be warned.

I had a really disappointing experience at Restoration Hardware in West Palm Beach. While the showroom itself is visually stunning and gives off that luxury, high-end vibe, the actual experience did not match the brand at all.
The customer service was extremely underwhelming. It was difficult to find anyone available to assist, and when we finally did, the staff seemed uninterested and not very knowledgeable about the products. For a store with such premium pricing, you expect a much higher level of attentiveness and professionalism.
On top of that, the pricing felt completely unjustified for the level of service provided. It honestly felt like you’re paying more for the aesthetic of the space rather than the quality of the experience.
Overall, if you’re just looking to walk through a beautiful showroom, it might be worth a visit—but if you expect great service to match the price point, this location falls short. Definitely not worth it.I had a really disappointing experience at Restoration Hardware in West Palm Beach. I had a very disappointing experience at RH West Palm. We ate at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the service — especially from the manager — completely ruined the experience. The manager had a very poor attitude from the moment we interacted and came across as dismissive and rude rather than helpful or welcoming.
For a place that positions itself as a high-end dining experience, you expect a certain level of professionalism and hospitality. Instead, questions were met with short, uninterested responses, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. 😞
The space itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere has a lot of potential, but the negative attitude from management overshadowed everything. When you’re dining somewhere like this, customer service should match the setting — and unfortunately, it fell far short.
I hope this is addressed because no one should feel unwelcome while dining out. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Looks can be very deceiving. The manager looked very professional with the blazer she was wearing, she definitely doesn’t deserve to be wearing that blazer. Her employees were very nice and respectful. They also acknowledged that she was not a very nice person. They don’t even like her. We saw that this place had a 4.1 rating and we decided to give them a chance, our problem started with the valet at the front door. Super nice guy, but he should definitely not be a valet, he should be a photographer. if you would like good food and you don’t wanna deal with lousy management, I definitely recommend going to Eddie’s. Eddy sure knows how to cook a steak, right. my boy z man ordered a steak and it came out looking like a black hockey puck. The manager did give us cookies to make up for everything, but they forgot the rest of our Seabass. If you are still reading this review, I am sure you learned your lesson by now. I really hope you don’t go to this place. If you do, say hi to the manager for me.
