  Just got off the phone with the “manager” and he said they’re so busy on a Tuesday night that it takes over an hour to deliver one pizza! This guy raised his voice at me for calling to follow up on my order as the app didn’t update in over an hour! The didn’t even stay cooking the pizza

  Service is horrible was speaking to Manager Kenzie. They delivered my pizza to the wrong house. This has happened numerous times someone that’s supposed to be a manager that’s supposed to provide exceptional customer service. It’s horrible from this establishment and I asked for the associate that I was speaking to never gave me her name and hung up on me.

  Never ordering from this place again The service was horrible talk to the manager Jason Kept giving me the run around on an order I placed through Papa Jhons waited hours never got my delivery called back to ask where my delivery was Jason. The manager told me they gave my order to a DoorDash that never showed up and the reason they did it is because they had no drivers available.

  Please protect JASON at all costs !!! He made the best Hawaiian chicken barbecue i ever had at 2 in the morning which means dedication and consistency. I called after i picked up the pizza which was way after 2 am just to say thank you and he literally answered the phone after closing time!

  Easily my favorite pizza chain. Orders have always been correct and pickup is always reasonable time.
