  Went to this location twice now and twice it was the same outcome. The wait time is absolutely awful. The staff is kind, the pizza is good, but if you're in a bit of a rush and looking to pick up a quick bite for the family, expect to wait at least 35 minutes or more for a pie. Here's the crazy part, I ordered on line the first time and went to pick up my order, I wanted 40 minutes for a pizza I ordered on line. I was super annoyed. Good product, very poor execution.

  placed a mobile delivery order at 4:04 PM, and the app marked it as delivered at 4:26 PM even though nothing was delivered. I called the store and was told they’d send another order within 45 minutes. An hour later, they claimed it was “out for delivery,” but nothing ever arrived. I called multiple times, waited outside, and still never received my food. They eventually said they would send another pizza for the third time. When I asked for a refund instead, the employee had an attitude and hung up on me when I asked if I would receive a receipt. I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa Johns, ordering almost twice a week. Since this location opened, I’ve had repeated issues with orders and delivery. I won’t be ordering from this location again. So, the refund I was supposed to issued back in 24 hours never came instead the pending charge was posted on my account.

  I made an order for my work. We needed it delivered at 6:45 for an event we had. I go ahead and put the order and it says that it was going to be ready by 5:03 which I am worried this means they might deliver too early. I call to make sure they come at 6:45 as I indicated in the order and I am on hold for 25 min and no answer. Turns out they deliver at 5:10 what needed to not happen before the food was just going to be cold. Terrible experience

  The worker wouldn't give me my order! I showed her my order number,email, even my DEBIT card then she FINALLY gave me my pizza..... After 5 minutes. Extremely unprofessional worst experience ever. She thought I was trying to steal? The other 1 Star reviews are correct

  Antoinette Brown gave phenomenal customer service. She was very knowledgeable about menu. She was patient with my indecisiveness.
