The food is fine - typical Panera, but the people… rude, inattentive, unable to answer basic questions or relay information about an order. I ordered a chai plus espresso, got it, took a sip and there was no espresso. Looked at the cashier and said does this have espresso in it and she responded “I don’t know.” That’s it. No, “let me check.” So I asked her, “can you check, I ordered it” she goes “why.” WHAT Then was a huge argument to get her to go ask someone if they made my drink the way I ordered it (they did not), then wouldn’t replace it. Also it took 20 minutes for them to toast a bagel with only 3 other customers in the store at the time.

Today is the last day to use my reward. I would have stopped before work but did not have enough time due to traffic. I had to settle for a smoothie, even though I really wanted a latte. Also, there may be a reason why there is not a mobile pickup shelf, but it took much longer waiting for the cashier to hand me my drink. A code was needed for the restroom. There may be reasons for all of these. 2nd time here on the way to work work placed my order a little over 10 minutes before arrival only to find out that the espresso machine is not working after waiting over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me I will not be coming back to this location.
