  They do not answer the drive thru speaker at night. Literally every time. Whoever works this night shift needs to be fired. What a waste of a "living wage".

  I swear the staff at this location have trouble comprehending simple instructions. I asked the Spanish guy with curly hair 2x if he can put ketchup in the bag. He acknowledged, asked me to park around the corner and came out with my order with no ketchup. Why is so hard to understand to put ketchup in the bag? It’s like the most simple instruction you can ask for. It’s the same thing Everytime I come to this location. Can the owner provide ketchup and sauce training?

  I ordered on the mobile app around 4:43 AM and went there to pick up my order. The lady at the drive-through didn’t speak English, so we couldn’t communicate. She just kept saying “come back at 6:00” and that the system wasn’t working. I tried to show her my order information since I had already paid, but she still told me to come back at 6:00. It’s really frustrating!! we never received our food even though we had already paid for the order.
