  I went here a few days ago and the smoothie they gave me was completely just water. So I called and the manager Soinise was so nice. She told me to put her name on the receipt and come back for a new smoothie. Came back two days later and no issue! :)

  KK is amazing she handled everyone's order with care she is extremely pleasant. There was an older gentleman that needed assistance and where most would turn and walk away she didn't. She made sure that his coffee was ok and asked if he was hungry she was so kind to him it warmed my heart so much to see the younger generation caring for the elderly you dont see that hospitality much anymore. You can clearly tell she was raised with respect and dignity. She was also very kind to my kids and when out that's what I look for how someone in a customer service position treats customers.

  Haven't been to a McDonald's in years, but maaannn ... they really got their act together since i did. I don't know if its just this location, but wow, lightning fast, surgically clean store, delicious food, and super friendly staff. It's like night and day compared to last time I had McD. The app also sends you semi-daily really good deals.

  Is there a reason why you guys are out of food for the second week? This is the second time and I was told you guys were out of food but the long line told me otherwise because orders were going out

  This is the second time I’ve come to McDonald’s. They’re supposed to be serving breakfast at 4 o’clock in the morning. They come on and say they’re not serving breakfast until 515. This is very inconvenient for a customer now I’m going to the other McDonald’s and now I’m gonna leave you a bad review. I don’t understand why you take peoples orders at 4:30 in the morning on your app then if you’re not serving breakfast then it shouldn’t allow the customer to order
