I say ok. Then I go back to the window and she says I'm short staffed and we have to take care of the people seated first then we will get your order. I wait 10 more minutes. It's now 1:10pm and I still don't have my $50 lunch order. Must be nice to take my money and make me wait.

- SWSara weissOct 17, 20251.0For an owner of a restaurant it is sad to see you to respond to a guest without first apologizing for the bad experience in your restaurant, for the way you are responding to everybody in a defense way that is not a good way of getting them to ever return and offer them a better experience, honestly your meat balls are so bland the only thing I did enjoy is the smile on the waitresses faces because I can't imagine what they go through working at a place where the owner is attacking customers on their own reviews just to give you a little advice the next review you get try acting more professional and apologizing even if you were wrong because the customer is always first and right :) i hope have a great day
