  On 2/26/26 I arrived at the drive thru and asked for a minute. Less than 1 minutes later the drive thru attendant asked for my order again and i asked for a little more time and they responded with OH MY GOD UHHHHH. I immediately left the drive thru since they are in such a bad mood to simple take my gather order. I would hate for them to make my food. Horrible customer service.

  I ordered from the ubereats app and they refused to give my order to the delivery drivers, they claimed someone else already got the order. Weird because I dont have the order and neither does the drivers. Well someone got my food and I didnt, thanks to them.

  Unfortunately franchises have their own policies and it serves no purpose to call corporate. Not fully satisfied with my experience but i do love late nights better especially when the lovely Haitians are there ❤️❤️ any other time its not good

  The food order was rang in wrong. When trying to clarify the order, what appeared to be the manager on duty repeatedly kept going back and forth with us. You said, you said you said over and over and again. After saying he couldn’t correct the order due to not having anymore potatoes we proceeded to request a refund. Which he AGAIN continued to go back and forth over and over and over again over us asking for our money back. Then apparently HIS manager wanted him to correct the issue, which by then we were over the entire experience and wanted our money back. He was RUDE, lacked basic customer service skills then proceeded to tell us that he made one for no reason…. I was baffled. Even from a fast food restaurant completely taken back from that experience. Someone seriously needs to address him. As i right this review I am still in disbelief of the lack of customer service skills. Just the basic set of skills required to hold that position! Feb 9th 2026 -pm shift.

  I rarely order Wendy's, but when I do it's because it's a late night thing and nothing good is open. I usually get a burger, baked potato or chili. It's been a long time since I've had their chicken. But I wasn't in the mood for a burger. Everything got 1 bite, and thrown away. The fries and the chicken we're absolutely disgusting. It i literally tastes like cardboard? It was terrible and old as well. I ordered a chicken sandwich and nuggets; trash, total trash, total, total trash and I don't like to leave bad reviews. Sorry Wendy's. And to top it all off, they make it impossible for you to get a refund without jumping through a thousand hoops first, it's not worth it. Or, i would have had to go back to the same-store which was like other side of town. Where I had originally came from, because I was passing through on my way home from a distant location. And speech of the store manager, and that would have been add to the next day because they're not there at late at night. And I paid through the app, which is through corporate and they don't seem offer refund's or complaints online isn't. Sure, you can write a review for them through their site. But you have to have all the information from your receipt which actually got thrown away. I just will never go there again. Never!!!!
