- AMAmber MoeckelFeb 24, 20261.0Twice now this week I’ve made a sauce modification to the cantina chicken bowl from avocado ranch to creamy jalapeño and both times no sauce at all was added. Which means someone read the modification enough to leave the avocado ranch off but didn’t bother to pay attention and add the creamy jalapeño which of course is an upcharge so I’ve paid EXTRA to get absolutely nothing. Frankly it’s just ridiculous and infuriating and mistakes like this seem to only happen during the evening shift.

The place was really busy, especially for that time of night, but they still treated everyone with patience and a smile. They didn’t rush me, didn’t seem annoyed, just genuinely helpful and sweet. Late nights can be hectic, but they handled it with such a good attitude. Really appreciated their kindness.
