- JSJoey SmithDec 23, 20251.0placed mobile under to expedite process as my lunch break is short. waiting over 5 minutes while car in front of me was held for a long period of time after he placed his order. then once I got to the window, I was told to wait at the speaker even though I already had a mobile order placed and confirmed it was being made on the app. after I finally got pulled up the line was empty. why is taco bell trying to reinvent the drive thru process? no other restaurant does that because its a slow, frustrating way to do things. yall lucky you close and cheap! do better taco bell

At the drive-through the machine never came on with no one asking to take my order for a good two minutes so I drove to the first window, where the lady taking orders right now and multiple people saw me waiting and did not bother opening the window to talk to me. I made eye contact with multiple people and nobody helped me. I literally sat there for about five minutes, just waiting for the lady who was right in front of me to open the window and she never did. What an awful establishment.
