- JBjasmin barbosaDec 4, 20251.0I was helped by an older white woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did everything in a hurry despite no line behind me and was abrasive. She had airpods on and did not hear me when i said honey mustard and put yellow mustard all over my sub. I told her as soon as she did the mustard that it was wrong and she got upset. she removed the cheese she put the mustard on and fixed the sub, but she put one whole big slice of cheese instead of the halves subway is supposed to do. I asked her if she could please fix it as it was too much one one spot and she rudely responded “it’s cheese what else do you want”, I responded “okay, mayo please” to which she responded what else. I said mayo again, she asked me again, I said mayo a 3rd time. Once done, she rang me up quickly and walked away to help another customer before the card reader even loaded for me to swipe my card. I had to reach over for my receipt as she had left. As I walked away, she had the audacity to tell me to grab my receipt which i clearly already had in my hand. I finally got upset and told her I already reached over since she was in such a rush to leave. Terrible experience, don’t come here.. not worth dealing with that goblin of a lady.
