  Last night I stopped in and got two sandwichs. While waiting I had a tickle in my throat and asked the employee for a water cup and he gave me one. When the time came to pay his manager or trainer told me he had to charge me for a soda as they don't give out water and that unfortunately they employe that gave me it was new and didn't know that. I replied that I didn't get a soda and wouldnt like to be charged as such. I was told “its not a big deal man it's only a couple bucks” them proceeded to tell me that it's not a big deal he will only charge me for a cookie. This was a clearly never about ensuring that rules be followed as he charged me for another item he felt was low enough cost to justify the new employees “mistake”. I left feeling manipulated and shamed for an error of the staff, as well as having to pay for that error.

  Horrible customer service,the lady was rude.started my food and didn't want put veggies before toasted saying she can t do it when I know other subways do it all the time at other location so I left without the food.what a waist . Never going there again

  I didn't really have time to notice the atmosphere but, I did notice it was CLEAN :) I was at this Subway THIS MORNING (still have 1/2 the sandwich for my lunch later, the first half was breakfast).The sandwich is DELICIOUS (fresh ingredients and the perfect amounts of each but, BEST OF ALL was, J.T., the sweet and helpful sandwich expert behind the counter. J.T. brightened my whole day just being himself and, I felt this review (as well as the tip I gave him: 20%) was WELL EARNED. "Service with a smile" ... a GENUINE smile. Thank you J.T. and Subway, you're lucky to have him in your employ. I will be back.

  Absolutely disgusting inside, never have anything “ready” and when they do its always half assed made. Soda machine is disgusting and always broken, who ever the lady is that serves me every time always has an attitude and rolls her eyes and has NEVER made a sub for me where ive felt satisfied. Worst location to go to should be shut down.
