The place is super beautiful, but that is about it.
The food was very overpriced, it is fine if it is expensive as long as it is great food but the food was decent at best.
The service was not good, the reservation was for 7:15pm and despite arriving early, we were only seated until 7:45pm... What is the point of the appointment then?
Someone came after a while saying that the food would be out shortly and then picked up a couple of the dirty plates and the never came back to pick up the rest. Nobody bothered to refill my glass of water which I found weird.
Overall a very overpriced and disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed my visit to this great dining resteraunt. There is vallet parking (reasonable), and the view of the city from the 5th floor is peaceful. The food is REALLY tasteful but the portions can be a little disappointing. I tried the Lobster Roll and it was worth every dollar spent. My date tried the honey glazed Salmon. It was slightly overcooked but still tasteful. I was really pleased when the waitress asked us how did we want our Salmon. Many places don't ask and don't care. This lets me know they care about the customer. There is a really good ambiance at this place. Ethan, who is a manager is very professional and made sure myself and date were well taken care of. Between the service, food, convenience I look forward to going back for my 2nd visit. RH Rooftop was worth my time and I am willing to give them more.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at **RH Rooftop Restaurant** at **CityPlace**, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone. The rooftop space is stunning—elegant chandeliers, lush greenery, and a bright, airy design that feels both luxurious and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that instantly feels special, whether you’re celebrating something big or just enjoying a night out.
The food absolutely lived up to the setting. Each dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. The ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. A special thank you to Chef Towns, whose attention to detail and execution truly elevated the entire meal. Whether it was the perfectly cooked steak, the crisp salads, or the indulgent desserts, everything felt elevated yet comforting.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, though, was the service. Matt Whitney, our server, was phenomenal—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely warm. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the evening.
If you’re looking for a spot in West Palm Beach that combines atmosphere, exceptional food, and top-tier service, RH Rooftop at CityPlace is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return.

The experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.
We made our reservation a month in advance and arrived on time, yet still had to wait over 30 minutes. The hostesses downstairs were dismissive and not particularly kind about the delay. Once upstairs, we were again told the table was not ready.
Before being seated, the upstairs hostess specifically told the bride’s sister that a dessert with a candle would be brought out after dinner. That never happened.
When we were finally seated, the table was clearly meant for 5–6 people at most, despite our reservation being for 7. We were told an extra chair would be brought over—this never happened, even after asking two additional times. Throughout dinner, one person in our party was left awkwardly without proper seating. What made this more frustrating is that midway through the meal, multiple nearby tables had extra chairs available that could have easily been offered.
The food itself was good, but nothing remarkable enough to outweigh the service issues.
We asked to speak with the manager to express our concerns. While she did apologize, she stated they had no extra chairs because the restaurant was fully booked—which is not the guest’s fault when the restaurant seats a party at an undersized table. It was especially baffling given that this restaurant is attached to a luxury furniture store with chairs literally everywhere.
Initially, no attempt was made to rectify the experience. Eventually, the waitress offered 1–2 desserts (one of which we had already been promised anyway), which we declined. Only after that were two of the least expensive items removed from our bill. While appreciated, it felt like an afterthought rather than a genuine effort to make things right.
The most disappointing part of the night was the overall feeling that our group—seven women—was not taken seriously or treated with the same respect as other tables. We spent several hundred dollars and left feeling overlooked and undervalued.
The space is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service left a very poor taste in our mouths. Given the price point and reputation of RH, we expected much better. We won’t be recommending this restaurant to others in the future.

We truly wanted to love it here. The decor is great and menu looked better. However, from the moment we walked in, the service was horrific. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for a reservation that we made months ago. And then when we were finally seated, we were seated at a 4 top table, with a party of 7. We requested an extra chair, several times, and it was never delivered. The manager told us they didn’t have any. After we had been promised one on multiple occasions. How can you not find an Extra chair at a furniture store? The table next to us came in after us and was served with food and drink before we were even served with water. From the second we walked in, we felt that we were treated different based on age/looks. It was wholly inappropriate. When we brought our concerns up to management, they brushed us off and would not apologize for the table that was inappropriate for the size of our party. We spent several hundred dollars on dinner, and were treated like second class citizens. I have been an RH member for several years and have purchased several pieces of furniture from here. However go forward I will be spending my money elsewhere.
