  Really loved going to RH to celebrate birthdays and graduations. We ignored the overpriced food and lackluster service starting from the check in only because we felt the atmosphere made up for it. But last time we went for lunch, the service was exceptionally rude and bad. Probably will not be going back any time soon. There are other beautiful venues with better service.

  As a small business owner I try not to trash other businesses even when they disappoint me. This restaurant warrants an exception. The atmosphere, ambiance, furnishings and decor at RH Rooftop were spectacular. The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was god awful. My branzino appeared and tasted like it had been slathered in motor oil. The filet mignon was tasteless, rubbery and slimy. They serve steak but have no steak knives; only butter knives. They have cocktail tables but they do not serve any cocktails; only beer and wine. They brought a surprise birthday cake I requested out for my wife to our table. The surprise was that it was a cookie. Our server was clueless and MIA the entire time. Shame on this restaurant for giving me a dining experience bad enough to motivate and justify me to write such a horrible but truthful review.

  This was my third visit to RH West Palm Beach. It’s always fairly busy, but they manage the flow well. On our most recent visit, we ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, Gems Salad, shaved ribeye dip, roasted chicken entrée and the Fried Chicken Sando which was hands down my favorite. Service was quick, which we appreciated. The only small downside was that on my first visit, a waitress seemed a bit uninterested and made us feel like we were a bother. I understand we’re all human, but I wanted to note it since it’s been a similar experience from others. That said, we were finally seated in the larger dining room with the beautiful chandelier, which was a highlight and made the experience feel special and the homemade chocolate chip cookie was divine!!

  Stepping into the restaurant was absolutely mesmerizing. I loved the simplicity yet sophistication of the decor. After being seated, our server Shadéin recommended drinks , I had the rose spritz ,which were absolutely refreshing . Every course was absolute perfection. Starting with prosciutto plate & lobster rolls . Main course ribeye steak & shaved ribeye with potato puree . Dessert was the butterscotch rules n they are absolutely right , there are no words. Highly recommend, cant wait to return.

  The restaurant is beautiful and the concept promises a special experience, but unfortunately the service completely ruined what was supposed to be a very important night for us. I made my reservation two months in advance to celebrate my anniversary. I traveled 1 hour and 28 minutes from Miami to West Palm Beach expecting a unique and memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were seated in a very uncomfortable area with uncomfortable chairs and tables, when it is clear that the real experience of this restaurant is in the main dining area. The hostess had a poor attitude and showed no empathy at all. Despite having available tables in the main area, she told me we would have to wait 45 additional minutes to be seated there, regardless of my special occasion or the fact that my reservation was made well in advance. We spoke with Iran, the manager, hoping for a solution, but his response was completely indifferent, with no real intention to resolve the situation or acknowledge our disappointment. This was extremely frustrating. I want to highlight that Erika, our server, truly saved the night. Her empathy, professionalism, and excellent service made a big difference and helped salvage the evening. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience in terms of customer service and front-of-house management. A restaurant this beautiful should understand that service and guest experience are just as important as the food, especially when guests plan ahead and travel long distances for special occasions.
