I called the store and was told they’d send another order within 45 minutes. An hour later, they claimed it was “out for delivery,” but nothing ever arrived. I called multiple times, waited outside, and still never received my food. They eventually said they would send another pizza for the third time. When I asked for a refund instead, the employee had an attitude and hung up on me when I asked if I would receive a receipt. I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa Johns, ordering almost twice a week. Since this location opened, I’ve had repeated issues with orders and delivery. I won’t be ordering from this location again. So, the refund I was supposed to issued back in 24 hours never came instead the pending charge was posted on my account.

I go ahead and put the order and it says that it was going to be ready by 5:03 which I am worried this means they might deliver too early. I call to make sure they come at 6:45 as I indicated in the order and I am on hold for 25 min and no answer. Turns out they deliver at 5:10 what needed to not happen before the food was just going to be cold. Terrible experience
