    Placed an order online for pickup I received a notification that my order was ready, so I headed inside. The store had 3-4 delivery drivers (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) waiting, but when I asked if my order was ready, they told me it would be about five minutes. I waited in my car right out front where I could clearly see the store. Thirty minutes later, my order still showed “Ready for Pickup” online. I finally called the store while walking back in, and as the phone rang, I heard an employee ask another worker named Tom to answer it—his response was, “No, not right now.”

    I placed an online pickup order that was supposed to be ready by 8:15 PM. When I arrived, the staff said, “coming right up.” It’s now 8:57 PM, and I’m still waiting—for a simple cheese pizza. There’s no one consistently at the register, and the level of service is unacceptable. This is by far the worst Papa John’s location I’ve been to. Management seriously needs to address how this store is being run. It’s the closest one to my home, but after this, I’m taking my business to competitors.

    Ordered a pizza with light cheese extra sauce and got a pizza with no sauce. At all. Just cheese bread in shape of a pie.
