HORRIBLE food! stale and cold fries, nuggets were barely cooked either, the drink dispenser didn’t work. all the works had a poor attitude and gave me dirty looks and wouldn’t let me and my girlfriend use the bathroom!

horrible i needed to use the bathroom and the lady didnt let me cause they were closed acting like im gonna steal their toilet paper it was a real emergency but ofc everyone in this location is disgusting and rude i work at another mcdonalds location and i would never reject a customer who really needs to use the bathroom 😐 do better also if ur store isnt open 24/7 then change the time on google maps cause why does it say its “open” reason why i stopped there

I will never come back to this location.They overcharged I caught it at the drive thru window.
My grandson happy meal was cold and tasted weird the fries wet and cold and he said chicken nuggets tasted not good.
We also ordered sundaes they tasted so strange.
We ended up throwing everything out.
Waste of money.
I felt so bad my grandson was so excited.

Horrible service. No customer service. The girl at the first window didn't give you a receipt. My order was wrong, and when I asked for my drink, the lady at the second window told me they didn't charge you for that and closed the window in my face.Her face was like she didn't want to work, and as soon as I got to the window, I could tell with her attitudeI know McDonald's doesn't pay enough for all the bills that people have in 2026, but that is definitely not an excuse to have bad customer service and not have empathy with the customers.

I love McDonald's from Boston ma to Florida always good to me my opinion just needs work in the customer service department.
