My grandson happy meal was cold and tasted weird the fries wet and cold and he said chicken nuggets tasted not good. We also ordered sundaes they tasted so strange. We ended up throwing everything out. Waste of money. I felt so bad my grandson was so excited.

My order was wrong, and when I asked for my drink, the lady at the second window told me they didn't charge you for that and closed the window in my face.Her face was like she didn't want to work, and as soon as I got to the window, I could tell with her attitudeI know McDonald's doesn't pay enough for all the bills that people have in 2026, but that is definitely not an excuse to have bad customer service and not have empathy with the customers.
