The level of unprofessionalism, laziness, and complete disregard for customers is shocking. If you’re not open, SAY YOU’RE NOT OPEN. Don’t hide behind a 24-hour sign while your staff ghosts people sitting at the window. This is false advertising, terrible customer service, and a pathetic excuse for a business. I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office, because customers should not have to deal with this level of incompetence. Do yourselves a favor and fix this mess—your staff, your hours, your communication, all of it.
