  Rudest staff at a McDonald's Let me order breakfast and pay fit it at 10:55am and then made me stand there for 20 minutes to then tell me it's passed 11am no more breakfast. Then why did you key me order and pay tor it. After another 20 minutes waiting for my refund the manager had the nerve to say it wasn't her problem!!! She needs to he fired immediately!@

  El peor McDonald's de West Palm Beach. Hoy domingo 15 de febrero, 1:00 pm, mi niña me pidió un Happy Meal. Este era el McDonald's que más cerca quedaba y pasamos por allí, decidimos entrar a consumir en el local y fue el peor error que pudimos cometer. Desastre total. Mi esposo pidió para él un Vanella Shake y no tenían Shake de ningún tipo, cuando nos dieron los pedidos le pregunté por el ketchup y no tenían, y lo peor de todo, al sentarnos al consumir fue imposible hacerlo, con varias personas sentadas consumiendo y la señora de limpieza arrastrando mesas y fregando el piso con productos de limpieza fuerte como si dentro del local no hubiese consumidores. Nos tuvimos que ir al carro a acabar de comer porque el piso estaba lleno de agua y mi niña es asmática y el químico de los productos de limpieza tenían el local invadido. Lo digo y lo repito, el peor ambiente, el peor servicio y la peor comida rápida de West Palm Beach.

  This McDonald’s is horrible. It says online that they are open 24/7 and the hours posted on the front door say the same, but they are often closed around 1am. I have also come through the drive thru around 11pm or midnight and been told they are closed because they have to count the registers, and sometimes they give no explanation at all. If this location is not truly open 24/7 then the hours should be updated so customers are not wasting their time. They also have a large sign out front stating it should only take 30 seconds from the time of paying to get your food or your next meal is free, but they have never honored this. Instead they ask customers to back up or pull forward and wait, which feels misleading and like a way to avoid the policy. Overall this location is inconsistent and disappointing

  This mcdonald's service was terrible... they're extremely racist.... it was already a small mixed crowd gathered by the time they opened there doors at 6am... the first issue was that they only allowed the two white people inside but me and another African American lady was completely ignored and remained outside for an additional 15 mins... even when it came to ordering my food i had to use the app.... bc the sevice at the counter was awful... and while sitting in the dining area the cashier got into it with other black customers place do some type of sensitivity training here or something.
