Everytime I have went to this McDonalds they NEVER give me everything I order. Latest example was this morning. Ordered breakfast food which included 2 meals which include hash browns. No hash browns. Parked went in and “ the store manager” she identified herself as was rude. Never said they were sorry. Got home and remembered I ordered a bag of ice - NO ICE. Had to drive back to the restaurant same rude “store manager” no I’m sorry. So I had words with her then she claimed the employee gave me the ice at the window!! What a lie - I certainly would not drive all he way back to get what I paid for IF I received it.
Never will I go back.

This place is horrible. I’ve stood at the register for 7 mins and the “people” behind the counter (I won’t even call them employees because employees are supposed to be working and helping the customer) not one person asked if I needed help… the manager even walked by me and didn’t say a word.
Useless service! Thanksgiving Day and not a pleasant person nor service.
I took my business elsewhere! And I’d recommend everyone else do the same.
(If someone was wondering why I didn’t order off the kiosk or online, it’s because the kiosk and online app do not offer the substitutions that I was looking for and I needed to have a human being make the substitutions at the register- don’t get me started on why I didn’t go to the drive-through and ask them to make the changes because that’s just a joke in and of itself)
