Ever. I stopped in and asked a manager to unlock the bathroom. She said it was only for paying customers. My response was, I have an app with thousands of points on it, does that count? She said no. She did, however open the bathroom. Unacceptable response. FYI, I had planned on buying a strawberry shake after I used the bathroom. Fortunately, there’s always another McDonald’s. I visited the requested McDonalds feedback link. That’s a long form, and I’m not interested in the manager having my details. Thank you for reaching out, but I’m not looking for recompense, and I have nothing to add.
