    The whole crew is rude and they serve cold food. The health department should open an investigation for them. I would not recommend this store not even to my worse enemy. Don’t buy food from this store.

    The customer services is very bad. They deliver the food without napkins, sauces, utensils, etc. We had to ask for everything and they provide with a very bad attitude. Not recommended.

    Came in with my girlfriend, ordered 2 hamburgers one without ketchup, they put ketchup on it not a big deal I went back the lady over the speakerphone offered to remake it as I gave the old one back. When giving them back the lady proceeded to say I threw something thru the drive thru when I was clearly sitting in my car with my girlfriend waiting for the right burger. I told the lady i will come inside and I would like to speak a manager or someone with authority. The girl Jameila Louis then proceeded to laugh in my face while handing my food again and make smirk comments as I walked away. She then proceeded to follow me out with my girlfriend as her coworkers where defending us and not siding with her as she tried to explain it to them. I rate this McDonald’s reasturant a 1/10, reason being we have never had issues with the Okeechobee store 2-3 miles down the road and other stores, I mainly go to this one tho because I live here and it’s the worst McDonald’s ever please.
