  Jimmy John’s is my go-to lunch spot when I’m craving a sandwich. I always get the same thing every time I go—the #16 Club Lulu: turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I also add every veggie they have—onions, pickles, Jimmy peppers, cucumbers, and crispy fried onions. The service is always good and they’re super quick. Honestly, I don’t have much to critique. The staff is friendly, fast, and their customer service is consistently great.

  We ordered catering from Jimmy John’s for our Thanksgiving lunch at Office Evolution West Palm Beach and everything was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and they even made a special cranberry sauce was a huge hit with our members! The manager Alan was very kind and easy to talk to, making the whole process super easy. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

  5 Stars - Exceptional Service from Elvis! I had an incredible experience ordering from the Jimmy John's Subs location in West Palm Beach yesterday. While the subs themselves are always consistently fresh and delicious, the service I received from Elvis truly stood out and went above and beyond. Parking was terrible, so after paying for my order in advance, Elvis spontaneously offered to bring the sub out to my car so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a spot and getting out! This level of thoughtfulness and personal attention is extremely rare. Elvis was incredibly personable and professional. Jimmy John's is genuinely fortunate to have such a dedicated and helpful team member. Thank you, Elvis, for making my lunch pickup easy and hassle-free! I highly recommend this location.

  #14 add cheese add bacon on wheat bread. Great choice. Plus the service is always good and you can't beat the speed they kick out them sandwiches!
