  We showed up before 6pm today. First visit to Dunkin Donut since we arrived in the states and we decided to stop here as it was before our destination. There was only one worker. There was one vehicle in the drive thru. There were only two customera at the counter (us) the staff took forever, when he finally started taking our order, my partner asked him a pretty basic question "how much is the L for this valentine special drink" the employee guessed the drink would be 5-6 bucks bucks. So my partner said the board says M is 5.63, how much is the L? So the employee goes to the till at the drive thru. Comes back to us saying "5.69" and we werent sure if that's correct as we are just visiting from Canada so we were confused. Thw employee got impatient nd yelling im the only one working here, i have the drive thru and you guys. Do you know what you want? And i was about to say yes, he interrupted us, throwing up his hands repeating himself in a louder tone of voice. I decided that we are going to leave. Bad experience the first time experience

  We stopped in to get a coffee. The only guy on shift was extremely rude and was telling us he was one person because he had someone at the drive thru and we were asking him questions about the prices

  Went through the drivethru around 3pm on 1/10/2026 the staff was extremely RUDE!!!! Honestly, after I ordered and he was just yelling I really wanted to just tell him to have a good day but I gave it a chance and idk y I did that because my order was incorrect and I had to throw out my ice coffee because it tasted like sugar and water.
