I was very disappointed 😞 I received luke warm coffee and cold, hard, disgusting bagel after asking for it to be toast. I had to go out of my way to the regular DD store I use and reorder the same thing to accomplish getting my order right. This store offended me. I tried calling, no one answered the phone. People are spending their money, employees... I do urge you try to get the service to people right! It's only fair. I can't even give a star, they don't deserve not even one star. There wasn't even a rush at the time where one could say, maybe it was because they were busy. For me, it was just laziness and a don't care attitude and that should not be acceptable. It's "NOT" right. 1 star, because I couldn't post with entering a star. In my heart... zero star.
