  Since when they don’t sell small coffee anymore and now charging mandatory tip fees to customers? I’m a regular client here at least for the last time horrible service overload prices

  I’ve ordered several times from this location over the years. In my younger days it was decent. Now, it’s hit or miss. Mostly, a miss. Some of customer service doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Hindi so it makes it difficult to communicate. I asked for a bottle of milk and the lady, confused, walks away and left me sitting at the drive through window. Next thing I know another worker comes up and asks me why I’m still sitting there. Secondly, when I order online and they don’t have the particular donut I asked for they substitute it, but say nothing at drive thru. Lastly, they shove 4 iced donuts in one small bag which is ridiculous. They can do better and should.

  I ordered through DoorDash Dunkin’ Donuts forgot my donut even though donut is in their name. My refresher tasted like cough medicine and the iced coffee that I ordered tasted watered down and when I tried to call to tell them this, nobody answered the phone, even though I called a good seven times because I just don’t get how you could mess up and over this bed unless it’s like on purpose

  I used this location for the closeness of my passing instead of my usual store. I was very disappointed 😞 I received luke warm coffee and cold, hard, disgusting bagel after asking for it to be toast. I had to go out of my way to the regular DD store I use and reorder the same thing to accomplish getting my order right. This store offended me. I tried calling, no one answered the phone. People are spending their money, employees... I do urge you try to get the service to people right! It's only fair. I can't even give a star, they don't deserve not even one star. There wasn't even a rush at the time where one could say, maybe it was because they were busy. For me, it was just laziness and a don't care attitude and that should not be acceptable. It's "NOT" right. 1 star, because I couldn't post with entering a star. In my heart... zero star.
