Very weird but okay and it's crazy cause they said they had been busy all day supposedly. The manager marked my bill with a permanent marker. She's a manager but don't know what marker to use to check a bill or another way to check a bill. She was walking around lost with her coworkers so I just ask for my $50 dollars back. She didn't try to fix the situation she just gave the money back. I won't be coming back to this establishment.

TODAYS DRINK WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE OAT MILK BUT THEY USED CREAM AND ENOUGH SYRUP FOR 3 OTHER DRINKS TO BE MADE. YESTERDAY I GOT A HOT COFFEE. THEY PARTIALLY MISSED THE CUP WITH THE SYRUP THEN PUT MORE IN IT. IT WAS SO SWEET AND THE CUP THEY DIDNT EVEN WIPE THE SYRUP OFF IT SO I GOT SYRUP ALL OVER MY HANDS. JUST A BIG STICKY MESS IN MY CAR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. I BET IF I HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SYRUP ON THE CUP THEY WOULD TELL ME THATS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVED. ANOTHER THING THAT AMAZES ME IS ALL THE BAD REVIEWS OF THIS PLACE YET EVERYONE STILL WORKING THERE. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I drink the same drink daily and I hit 2 other locations on the weekends closer to my home and both of them get it right. It would be great if this location could get some consistency specially when I’m paying almost $6 for a coffee.
