I come here every so often trying to give them another chance but every time my order is wrong. Just went through the drive thru this evening and I order a blueberry breeze refresher, I get a whole different drink I didn’t order let alone the kid at the window has on beat headphones. I wouldn’t be able to hear the people over the music either. They remake the same exact drink after I went back to get my right order and hands me my drink with my straw in his hand. Doesn’t give me a new straw?? I used to work for Dunkin and let me just say after rush hour it’s not that busy.

The team is friendly, they move with purpose, and even during the early morning rush they still take the time to treat you with real customer care. My order is accurate and the service is quick. My only quarrel is the marquee light. It’s always off, and in those early morning hours it’s so dark pulling in that you could honestly miss the place if it wasn’t for the gas station’s lighted marquee next door. A simple fix would make a big difference. Overall, the staff is OUTSTANDING and the service keeps me coming back and bypassing other dunkindonuts shops along the way.
