  customer service was rushed,the making of my coffee was rushed,and the food took forever. no line inside only worried about the drive thru.Wanted takeout but had to dine in because of the time i had left!

  coffee was awful, the worst ive ever had from dunkin. taste like water with a shot of coffee. egg bites were stale & or freezer burnt, couldn’t even eat them. i recommend going to a different location.

  ⸻ I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this Dunkin’ location due to repeated poor service, lack of organization, and unacceptable cleanliness standards. This is not a one-time experience — it happens every single time I place a mobile order here. I consistently place my mobile orders at least 15 minutes ahead of arrival specifically to avoid waiting and to ensure efficiency. Unfortunately, my order is never ready when I arrive. During my most recent visit, I placed my order 15 minutes before arriving, walked into the store expecting it to be ready, and still had to wait inside for over an additional 15 minutes. This completely defeats the purpose of offering mobile ordering. What made the experience even worse was the total lack of customer service. When I entered the store, not a single employee greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or checked on the status of my order. I stood there waiting while staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. Customers should at minimum feel acknowledged, especially when orders are running significantly behind. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store was extremely concerning. The mobile order pickup area was visibly dirty and poorly maintained. For a food service establishment, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about overall sanitation practices. The condition of the store gave the impression that proper cleaning procedures and management oversight are not being prioritized. This ongoing pattern shows a clear lack of operational efficiency, customer service standards, and cleanliness accountability. Mobile ordering is advertised as a convenient option for customers, but at this location, it has been consistently unreliable and frustrating. Customers should not have to repeatedly wait excessive amounts of time after ordering ahead or stand in an unclean environment while doing so. At this point, I strongly believe this location needs significant management improvement and possibly a formal inspection to ensure basic cleanliness and service standards are being met. Until major improvements are made, I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

  This location will upset you. Most mornings they will mess my order up and it's only a cup of coffee. Today they really did it!! 20 min line at 8 in morning in a very tight and difficult to leave line. I get my coffee in 3 small cups because they are out of large. Drive 20 mins home and take a sip ..... it's not even drinkable

  **********pease read before ordering************* Through the app I Ordered a Valentine’s Day tin as a gift for my girlfriend on a cold day with food and 2 hot coffees and was brought just a box of munchkins and when I stated it’s supposed to be a tin i was told “does it matter” I get having a bad day but that was disrespectful and rude when I was just asking a simple question and when another worker got involved was told he was bringing out the tin to my further surprise I got the tin almost empty which is fine but the tin I paid 15 dollars for was supposed to come with 25 munchkins and they only gave me 10 when asked he said he thought I told him 10 munchkins which doesn’t even makes sense I should not have to pay for my food and do their job for them I suggest going to another location for better service and over all knowledge of the job and for the First Lady I sincerely hope you find a better attitude and maybe a new job that you can stay away from paying customers and to add salt in to the wound my food and hot coffees on a freezing day is now cold.
