Several of us patrons were forgotten about and had to go inside to get our coffee. I was told this is your coffee only to find out it was not what I ordered, I had left and was not going to turn around. The muffin i got was stale, and I did not eat it. This was a shock to me being I always buy my coffee at dunkin donuts. I think this particular location needs some help with customer service/management.

Staff were friendly even though it was prime time and they had a dozen teenagers loudly messing around in there. My heart goes out to them as a former High School employee. They worked fast though, got my order perfectly and got me out the door in no time, give them all a raise!
