When I asked to get a Iced mocha latte with oatmeal instead of regular milk (lactose intolerant)kept offering a dunkalatte with coffee milk and oatmilk. Asked if the coffee milk has lactose. They were not knowledge in the aspects of their own ingredients. Now I have a coffee that I can't even drink. Slightly disappointed. Haven't had any issues in the pass with the other dunkins around.
