We were on foot and sat down when we got inside since I have the mobile app I just order on it and pick up drinks from the counter. After about 15 minutes one of the workers told me we can't sit in without ordering anything. I told them I mobile order it. They continue to act liking me and my children waiting was a problem because I never came to the counter and order. I was on the phone with my man and once he heard that he came right up there seeing we live walking distance from it and was on them. Long story short drinks were poorly made and took about 20 minutes to make 😒. My son was drinking straight syrup. Don't recommend.

On Saturday, October 18th around 3:40 PM, a male employee (dark brown skin with a full beard) was rude, disrespectful, and even yelled at me just for politely asking to add more coffee since my drink looked white and tasted like milk. The woman working with him looked nervous and uncomfortable too, probably because of how he speaks to people. It was completely uncalled for — he should not be in customer service. I’ll be going to Starbucks next door from now on.
