Yelled at me to stop my brother from going into the restroom I didn’t understand what she was saying because she didn’t speak good English she spoke Spanish and told me to stop walking slow and proceeded to rush around me. I’m not a worker I’m a customer. If the bathroom was out of order maybe put a sign and tell your workers not to give people the key.

I waited inside for my order, but despite employees making eye contact, no one acknowledged me or communicated about the wait. I’m sure it gets busy, but a simple ‘ we’ll be with you “ would be nice. After standing there for over 10 minutes with no assistance, I ended up leaving.
