  I ordered a 14 in Pepperoni Pizza & a 2-liter bottle of Sprite on Jan 1, 2026. Order placed at 6:32 pm order given to Driver at 7:06 pm Pizza didn't arrive until 8:02 pm. 56 minutes to deliver my pizza from the Dominos store 4.2 miles from my hotel and of course it was room temp.

  If I could leave a negative star review I would. I placed my order after I got an alert saying my pizza was delivered 7 mins after the driver JEAN left the stores waited another 40 mins before I called figured it's Friday night maybe they are busy, so the man at the store calls jean to which Jean tells him he already delivered, so while on the phone I go to the vacant house up front to see if he left it up there and surprise surprise, like a Christmas miracle he pulls in 2mins after he lied and said he delivered, and when I asked why it took so long he said traffic, mind you as we are talking only 2 cars drove by, I even pointed that he didn't come from the direction of the store, and we'll from his explanation the u turn he had to make is why it took 54 mins to deliver room tempature pizza. And then he had the balls to look at me odd when i left no tip ....

  A few weeks ago on a Friday evening, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza via phone & was advised it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon my timely arrival, pizza was not ready & there was numerous customers waiting. There was a TV monitor on the wall which named the customers & their estimated time for pizza to be ready. My name stated my pizza would be readying 5 minutes. Time kept passing those 5mi uses & nothing! Customers kept getting their pizzas except me. After 30 minutes waiting, I told them to cancel my order & went to a competitors pizza place & was out in 20 minutes. Needless to say, Dominoes lost a loyal customer! I guess they didn't care a "pepperoni!" Dominoes, especially this shop, has horrible uncaring service. They're selecting their customers they want to wait on, which is discriminatory! Domino's pizza?? NO THANKS!!

  I went there waiting to order and the guy in the front just kept talking on the phone. Did not acknowledge me or even say one second hold up. I am not one to cause a scene so I left. Never spending money here at all. Poor customer service at its finest

  Ordered food from them with an estimated delivery time of 6pm with the app showing it left the store at 5:50. App showed the driver sitting in a parking lot a quarter mile from my hotel for 40 minutes. No calls for updates. Had to wait on hold with the store for 10 minutes for them to tell me he was outside my hotel and coming in. 15 minutes later it finally showed up cold. I didn't expect much ordering from a Dominos but it seems they know how to always disappoint.
