I had to call in to check what was going on as the app said it was about to be delivered meanwhile they are driving all different directions and not near my house. Turns out they just say they are heading to you when in reality they are doing 5 other delivery orders outside of uber. Also when I first called in the person answered in and said I quote “hello… who’s this?” What!!! I had to say isn’t this dominos? They proceed to place me on hold and someone else answers. Any way the whole situation was super sketchy. I will never order from this dominos again. The 1 extra star is for the nice delivery driver who explained he was the only delivery driver tonight. That’s all.

I made it there by 6:53 PM. Got a message that said " your order is still being made, flip hazard light.." In my. head I am thinking that maybe 5-10 min. I keep seeing people going in and out; in and out and no one is coming to me. By 7:06 Pm I decided to call; I was on hold for 12 minutes until it got disconnected. I called again by 07:17 PM; I was on hold for another 15 minutes. By the time I walked in, it was already 1H since I placed my order and it was still being prepared. When I mentioned how people were coming and going; I was told that "you don't know how long they have been waiting for." Well I do because I have been waiting outside. Very Bad experience. No communicating to let me know about anything besides that one text. Do not recommend.
