  Upon entering the wooden decor looked worn and beat up...needs redecorating. The waiters were all in one corner gossiping and talking loud. The food that me and my wife ordered was greasy and very bland,the calamari was brought out in a metal serving dish floating in oil, the crusted blue crab on top of sea bass was horrible, greasy also and instead of the condiments being in reach we had to ask for it. The only thing that was decent was the cheesecake dessert except the scoop ice cream melted before I tasted it.. The entire menu needs to be revamped...First and last time ever wasting my time at this establishment.

  We celebrated our daughter's 23rd birthday. The food was absolutely amazing! Our server was amazing and attentive. The restaurant was very warm and we were told the AC has been having some issues to which the landlord has not fixed. The manager was so nice and understanding of how uncomfortable we were and helped by giving us free dessert. We will Definitely come back and hope its cooler next time.

  I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and the service isn’t what it used to be. We went on 12/30 around 7 PM. It was a busy night, which we expected—anywhere we ate would have had about an hour wait. We went to Barrio and waited about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. The bar was not busy enough for the staff to be unaware we were there. The bartender made eye contact, and a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. We left and went to the outside bar at City, which only had two people there, and she had just finished making their drinks. She left the bar (didn’t see us), served her tables, then came back to the bar facing us and spent about five minutes at the register trying to fix what I assume was an issue with a check—after we had already waited five minutes. Still no acknowledgment. At this point, I was already annoyed and just wanted to go home, but I had dragged my kids down here to eat at our favorite restaurant. I eventually went inside, grabbed a menu, and brought it back outside—still no acknowledgment. I then went inside again to order a drink. About an hour later, I went to check on our table and we were seated right away. Unfortunately, the filet wasn’t what it used to be. It was very chewy, and we didn’t finish it. After paying the bill, I went to the bathroom and found no toilet paper in the stall. I went to the next stall, where there was toilet paper all over the floor. At that point, I was definitely ready to go home. Our waiter, Jeffery, was wonderful and is the reason I gave this three stars instead of one. A simple “Hello, I’ll be right there” goes a long way.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nick at City Cellar in Rosemary Square was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, his customer service stood out—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and checked on us at all the right times to make sure everything was perfect. Nick’s professionalism and positive attitude truly elevated the entire dining experience. Service like his is the reason people come back. Highly recommend asking for Nick if you’re dining here!

  To begin the server told the host they didn’t want to take our table. Then we were seated in the back of a restaurant by the sliding glass door. We needed high Chair and wound up having to get it ourselves. The server starts our dinner by stating there’s no bread for us. They didn’t have any ready. Then we all ordered . The server told one person in my party they didn’t have the gnocchi and she should order something else. We waited close to 2 hours for dinner. Which they messed up one order forgetting the chicken. My pasta had been sitting under a heat lamp , and the chicken fingers and fries were cold. The server walked by our table at least times after we asked for our check, that we were waiting for. The manager walked around to all the tables around us, never asking how our table was. Overall terrible service and food sub par. No need to return.
