  I want to say that I eat at Chipotle restaurants very often all across the country while I travel weekly for work. This has to be the worst by far of any I have ever visited. The food was cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. The larger issue for me is the hygiene, cleanliness and overall management of this location. Tables we’re filthy, it appeared that friends of the staff were hanging out and talking to people in the work area getting freebies and causing the line to grow and no attention given to the customers clearly frustrated. One of the employees kept wiping his face and then touching food. I think someone needs to go into this location and evaluate how it operates before this gets any worse better yet maybe the local food inspectors should visit. Sadly disappointed.

  There is always something messed up with this particular chipotle . Tonight there were easily 30 people waiting on food . They had no rice . Ok cool - once they restocked line started moving again - just to run out of chicken , and steak shortly after. There’s a bunch of staff that is unfriendly, and laughing to themselves with a line wrapped around to the drink station. Let’s hope the food is tasty at least , not only because I waited in line for 25 mins but because I’ve also had food at this location that tasted like cardboard . Save yourself trouble and go to Northlake or Okeechobee

  Chipotle. Lunch? Chipotle. Easy decision. Outside? Beautiful building- chipotle. Inside? Chipotle. Clean. Simple - chipotle. Tomatoes? Chipotle. Food? First waited in line - quick easy, fresh ingredients. Chipotle. This location was very nice. Good portions good price. Chipotle. I recommend. If you like chipotle. This chipotle experience was like many other chipotle experiences - yummy and easy and far better and far healthier than something like mcdonalds. If you like chipotle- might I suggest you chipotle here?

  The food is always good, however this recent trip I went in with my partner and I only asked for one bowl. The person started making 2 and I only realized after she put the meat and rice in. I asked if they were both mine and she said yes. I clarified that I had only asked for one and I apologized for the misunderstanding (although I never said two I only asked for one). She denied it and said I had asked for two and I again explained that I hadn’t and my boyfriend agreed I only asked for one as he wasn’t getting anything. She got this annoyed look even though I was trying to be polite and clarify and I even apologized again. It just ruined my appetite and I know mistakes happen as I have experience with customer service so I try to be understanding but the interaction was off putting.

  Occasionally, Chipotle offers a pop-up buy one get one free deal🌯🌯 & my most recent trip occurred on pre-Thanksgiving Day (Thanksgiving Eve)! The caveat was that this BOGO offer was exclusively valid at 4pm until closing for in-person restaurant orders only (no ordering ahead via their app), so you had to risk waiting in a possible long line. However, taking up Chipotle on this meal deal was well indeed worth the wait, especially since I’m known as “Coupon John”🤭 I ordered two chicken burritos🐓 & boy, Chipotle certainly is NOT shy with their portion sizes (just look at the pics). They generously pack their burritos to maximum full capacity—that I can understand why they offer double tortilla wrap for an extra charge. I also like the fact that they prepare & utilize fresh ingredients that are organic as much as possible 🥬🌽🧅🫑🥑 (as they live up to their slogan, “food with integrity”). I can certainly taste & discern the high-quality freshness in their ingredients (clean & nutrition-packed fuel)😋 So whenever you’re craving good-quality Mexican food that is very filling & also a much healthier alternative to typical fast food, then Chipotle is definitely the way to go🤤➡️🫃🏻 I will definitely always take advantage of a $9.15 BOGO special for two jam-packed burritos any day of the week (in keeping my wallet slim & my belly full)!
