    My wife had a horrible experience by the staff , that not only made her wait for her drive thru over 20 minutes but when she went inside to inquire what was taking so long she was mocked and dismissed as if she was not a paying customer , you guys should hire competent staff that can keep your business afloat !

    “We got the meats”? I wouldn’t know, pulled up two times this week and both times they were closed before the hours states on google. The first time I got there about 30 minutes before closing and no one answered the drive thru and when I pulled around all the employees were standing around by someone’s car. The second time I got there at 8pm when online it said they close at MIDNIGHT and the woman on the speaker in the drive thru said they were closed and when I asked why when it says they’re open until midnight she never responded -____- I tried to give Arby’s a redemption shot but this location is trash 👎
