  Usually I would come here to get a blondie, and it was amazing at first. However, slowly, the service and quality of the coffee has declined so much. For my 2 most recent visits, I had to repeat my order about 4 times to the exact same person who took my order and repeated it back to me. For the last time I went, my drink was sitting out for about 15-20 minutes until an employee asked the person who took my order if it were my coffee. And get this, it was made wrong. This place is all out of whack now. Needs serious work.

  Excellent place! Fast, convenient, consistent. I am someone who visits very frequently and will continue! However, during my visit today, it was obvious that there is a bee problem that needs to be addressed ASAP. It’s not something that will prevent me from continuing to visit, but it is something that needs to be addressed to ensure the safety of your customers and more importantly, your employees!

  Cameron and Alex at 7 Brew were truly awesome! From the second I arrived, they were both super nice, welcoming, and really caring. You can see that they don’t just do their jobs — they really want to make your day better. They were so patient and kind, even when there were a lot of people in line. They talked to me like I was a real person, not just another customer, which made the whole experience feel special. You can tell both of them really try hard to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. Their kindness and customer service are honestly the best. If every visit was like this one, I’d want to come back every single day. Big shoutout to Cameron and Alex — you both made my day! 🙌💙

  I’ve came here a couple times and always had a great experience. Today is 11/8/25 and I just came to order a few drinks but unfortunately I’m not familiar with the menu. When the young lady (petite, white, with glasses ) approached me I asked for the menu and she said “it’s online”. I was just looking for some iced coffee so I asked her if she just had a regular iced coffee. She looked at me like I was stupid. She said “you mean iced latte” and I said sure. I then asked her what flavored redbulls she has and said “ they’re all online” I understand it’s not her fault the stores don’t provide portable menus. But she’s extremely rude. I still tipped 15% because I’m in the service industry and I know it’s hard work but this young lady can really hinder business. Drinks were great though and the young lady that delivered them to me was a gem .

  Love the vibes of this place. I come atleast once a week, but the past few times me and my sister orders have been wrong. Alll the time. I’ve honestly lost taste for getting a drink. There’s a lot of confusion with the chiller vs a freeze. Hearing those options you wouldn’t think there would be any MILK in there. I like of Slushy for both options. On top of that I keep getting my orders back wrong. lol even after they repeat it to me. They end of missing the extras I would ask for like sweet cream or whipped cream ect. Consistently , I’ve been getting bad orders…. So I’m afraid to come back. I don’t wannabe a Karen and say my order with an attitude, but I know how hard these guys work so when my drink is wrong I sadly take it anyways. Some days I’ll say something but it gets tiring after a while , even more so when I always always tip.
