I ordered a double shot of espresso with splash of almond milk and they gave me a watered down Americano. If I wanted an Americano I would've ordered one. I don't like watered down espresso. They should ask their customers if they want added water and not make changes to the order bc they don't understand what they're ordering. They also don't specify hot vs iced drinks. Ordered a quad shot breve and again they changed it and added ice.

If your gonna have young kids working they need to be educated on customer service

I asked for a menu they said they didn’t have one, I then asked what lattes do they have they didn’t recommend any. So I went with a classic vanilla ice latte & Carmel ice latte, it was bad it tasted watered down I had to go home and add a shot of espresso.
