  The staff provided excellent service; however, there appears to be an opportunity for management to receive additional training on properly handling and understanding DoorDash order processes. During my visit today to pick up a DoorDash order, the order was not visible in the system. I followed the appropriate procedures as a Dasher and requested that the order be prepared, while also informing the manager that compensation would still be provided directly by DoorDash. Additionally, I contacted support to reach out to the store and confirm that the order could proceed with guaranteed payment to the merchant. Despite these efforts, the manager ultimately chose to cancel the order due to its absence from the system. Training on the full capability of the operation system will help both workers and dashers.

  The coffee is really good and the vibe is nice that’s why I’m Giving 3 stars are the donuts. Haven’t had the food but the service can use a LOT of improvement -the staff can extremely rude and obviously have never years “the customer is always right “. Or have never heard of manners. I’ve even seen some of them even ARGUE with a customer and be unbelievably RUDE. It’s a shame thje manager doesn’t train them to at least smile at costumers and greet them like at Starbucks. And it is. A shame bcz the coffee is WAY BETTER than many other places including and especially Starbucks.

  I ordered a latte from Dunkin’ and yeah… there was technically coffee in it but only enough to legally call it a latte. It tasted like someone just poured milk, added a splash of espresso, shrugged, and sent it out. I’m not asking for anything fancy, but at a coffee shop you should at least care a little. This felt like zero effort, zero attention, and zero pride in what you’re making.

  I was very desirous to get a large hot black tea with milk, but the server absolutely could not comprehend what I was requesting because he DOESN’T SPEAK ENGLISH. He repeated back to me that I wanted coffee. And the milk word he was unfamiliar with. Unfortunately I had to leave without placing an order despite multiple attempts at communication. I should have asked him what his mother tongue is and asked ChatGTP to translate my order. Silly I didn’t think of that.

  Very disappointed. I had to keep repeating my order to them & they still got it wrong.
