- SMShannon M1 day ago2.0It’s so nice of Chicfila to hire special needs employees!! but Beyoncé isn’t fit for the pressures of the customer service window. It’s possible to hire strong customer service associates (even if special needs) that are also quick and efficient and not disempowered by using a card reader correctly and following instructions. However, Beyoncé is overwhelmed by small technical issues, in so much as shutting down at the cost of situational presence and hospitality instead of rising above technical delays to deliver customer satisfaction. She also lacks basic listening and comprehension skills, confusing order information when repeating it back. Outside of that, she’s also just generally unpleasant and loud. You should be seeking hires that enjoy and seek community service opportunities when selecting candidates for customer service. Overall, it seems that she struggles to exemplify the standard positive attitude that thrives in a fast paced environment that is signature of Chicfila’s quality service rating, especially amidst technical difficulties and setbacks. I don’t want to take her job, I just want good service on the rare occasion I stop by. I know that there are better staff options looking to get to work - all things considered😊
