I ordered through the drive-through and when I almost got to my job, I noticed that a few items for my order were missing. So I now have to drive back. Get in the drive thru line again At this point, the line is much longer than when I originally ordered when I get to the window they just handed me my things I requested for them to remake my fries since it’s already 30 minutes after I got my order the associate just said that the manager told them that they couldn’t do that at this time. So I requested to talk to a manager instead of the manager coming out and talking to me and addressing the situation he asked me to pull forward so now I’m waiting there again for another 7 minutes for him to come out and assist me at that point k was furious because he could’ve addressed me for a simple situation instead I have to wait because they don’t consider nobody else’s time but their own. I told him I didn’t want the food and I gave it back to him and requested my refund. Once I handed him the food and asked him for my refund, he was shocked he did mention that I can take the food and he would still give him my refund. The food was literally in your hands so no. I refused. It’s not about getting free food. It’s about the fact that you have poor service and when somebody asked to speak with you, you make them wait. And not take accountability. I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A, you have lost my business.
