  This is my fourth time at this establishment. Well, I can honestly say it is going downhill. I Just ordered me a burger, and I swear it tastes like it's been there for 30 minutes before I ate it sitting in the heater it was hard and dry. This order was to go. You would think they would fill the cups with soda. You'll be wrong. They really need to clean this joint up, especially the bathrooms. I think the next time I come here I'm going to speak to the management

  My family and I came in expecting to be greeted and seated but instead we were waiting for a while with no employee coming up to us to be of help. We felt very unnoticed and walked out.

  I work in the industry. I understand when people come in late or even place orders late. However, 1 hr before I can understand. I just got off a 10 hour serving shift, and called to place an order. Alisha answered the phone. she started off very polite, and as soon as i asked if i can place an order to pickup, her tone went right to nasty. she let out a sigh and talked to me with a nasty tone like she couldn’t be bothered. as someone who works in customer service, that turned me off to wanting to spend money at this establishment. I said nevermind, have a good night and hung up the phone after she went silent from me saying that. such a shame to have had this experience. Maybe I caught her on a bad day.
