  I normally make my coffee at home, but my milk went bad and decided to grab a latte here before work. They only had one person taking orders on a busy Tuesday morning. Bad management!!!

  I came around 8:45 for a blended fizz drink and I was told the blenders are “closed” and I asked why (I’ve been before same location around the same time and got the drink) the worker said that’s just the team manager rule I asked to speak with them and a lady by the name “GABRIELLE” she was very rude and had a very snarky attitude saying the blenders were broken (I was there 2 hours before to get a blended drink everything worked). I don’t appreciate the attitude and lack of work from your manager lady.

  Morning and afternoon crew are typically always great. However this is our first time coming in the evening (7pm) and instantly noticed a change. There were 4 workers just standing and talking to each other while drinking their drinks, not being friendly or polite to the cars. Not talking to any customers, they were talking extremely loud. When it was our turn, there was no “hello, how are you”, they kept talking loudly and ignored us. When our drinks came out, a male had his drink in his mouth/hands while having the female grab it from him. She decided to finish her conversation before handing us our drinks. As she hands us our drinks, she says in an aggressive and sharp tone “here”. We will continues to keep coming to 7brew, however, I hope this is not there new standard with new hires.

  ‼️‼️‼️We ordered two cappuccinos at Seven Brew Coffee, and honestly, I’ve never been this disappointed in coffee. It tasted like instant Nescafé with foam — no real espresso flavor, just bitter and artificial. We couldn’t even finish them. If you’re expecting anything close to real coffee, don’t come here. Even basic chains like Starbucks taste much better in comparison, which says a lot. It seems like the only drinks that might be “good” are the ones overloaded with sugar and syrups, where you can’t taste the coffee at all. But if you order something simple like a cappuccino, it’s genuinely awful. We also tried to reach out to customer service to say something about this experience, but got no response at all. That made it even worse. Definitely not worth the money or the stop.‼️‼️‼️

  My experince with Kendrick was phenomenal! I was there last night around 9pm, and when i tell you his energy for it being so late at night was amazing. Not once did his energy dip. Ive never felt so connected to a person i barley know. He has really changed 7brew for me as a whole. Yes, the drinks are amazing, but what makes it even better is the employees. Never knew a chain resturant can make someone feel so connected. He deserves a raise 100%. I have now been drawn closer to 7 brew because of this extrondinary individual. DO NOT get me wrong, all of the other employees are FABULOUS!
