  Went to Pollo Tropical and ordered the boneless plater with rice and beans. When I received my order I checked the 2 pieces of best and they were burnt. I asked to please change them and they gave me one new piece and the other they just turned over. So I complained again and told them that was not acceptable. I heard the cook made this comment to a coworker; now she is going to have to wait because there isn't more ready. They had the worst attitude towards me. I decided not to answer him because he is a rude and uneducated person. He also told me, I'm not going to changed it anymore.To bad he didn't have a tag name. He should think that thank to the customers he has a job. I'm attaching a photo.

  The food was really good but the guests service on friendliness sucks tremendously. I will not go back to Pollo tropical located in Palm Bay next to 95. My first time there was not a good experience I asked a question about what type of sauce did they have being I didn’t know or see it on the menu either the tone in her voice and how she spoke it out as if I knew as I get to the window the girl at the window she was a little more kinder than the one on the speaker on giving me the name of the different sauce they had.but when it was time for me to get my food she pass the bag out the window without saying have a good day or and or informing that everything is in the bag or I didn’t get a receipt.. but my main concern was the guest service sucks really bad and for the one lady to be Lead of the store she should set better example in front of her crew

  Years ago I lived in Melbourne and I would get the cilantro garlic chicken sandwich and I actually stopped coming here because they took it off the menu. I moved to a different state and came back after 3 years and checked it out because their food is generally healthier than burgers and they had the sandwich back so I am going to leave them five stars because I actually left this restaurant and while the blackened chicken and cilantro garlic holy are phenomenal they also have like good rice and beans, and the fried yuca is amazing

  I had an amazing experience at Pollo Tropical! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Lydia went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she’s truly outstanding at what she does. You can tell she takes pride in running a smooth, welcoming, and efficient operation. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the level of care and professionalism. Lydia knows how to run a great business and create a great customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I stopped by Pollo Tropical today and picked up the Family Meal Duo—it comes with rice, black beans, sweet plantains, 4 rolls, a whole grilled chicken, and your choice of Mojo Roast Pork, ½ chicken, or 2 boneless breasts for just $29.79. You really can’t beat that value! Shoutout to Lydia, the manager from Puerto Rico—so friendly and welcoming. the rest of the crew was helpful and attentive. The restaurant itself is very clean and inviting. Highly recommend! 🌟
